Negligence Of A Doctor In The Surgery

The doctor has done surgery with negligence due to which the patient was in bad condition, unnecessarily did surgery two times
hi first need to eatablish the negligence commityed by doctor committed in the first surgery and the reasons for doing second surgery and that you coulf send legal notice for damages and then you could file consumer complaint in forum seeking damages
