MY COMPANY HAD THROW 50 AGENT IN ONE DAY WITHOUT ANY ULTIMATAM

Dear SIr,
I am working in CYFUTURE BPO company at e-commerce CLUB FACTORY chat process but company suddenly fired 50 agent from job without ultimatum and they are saying this verbally that you don't need come office now, they are not giving any letter or compensation. can we take any legal action against company?
