Money taken by Hathway internet service provider and vanished

Hi, Hathway internet service providers had come to house, taken full money for 3 months in advance i.e Rs. 2474, gave receipt and vanished after that. Till now no connection, no device, no installation has been done. Spoke to their customer care, emailed them. The response is that they are solving it as soon as possible. What do you I do? I want to recover not only the money that i gave but also for the mental harassment that i am going through.
You have got the receipt from Hathaway internet service provider, you can send them a notice to this and approach the consumer forum seeking for the reliefs for refund and compensation For mental harassment and causing inconvenience by false promises by the provider
