Misleading Advertising to sell 5G services

Hello,
i want to send a legal notice to Reliance Jio, who have sold me a 5G post-paid connection ("True 5G"), which i have been paying for more than 1 year, and when i complained about bad speed, their technical team and DGM have confirmed on record, that there is no 5G in my area.
I want to take legal action against them. Please advice.
