Manufacturing defects in commercial vehicle

17-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
One year back I had purchased one commercial vehicle ( Hydraulic crane) . From 2 week onward vehicle is giving one after one issue. Recently cardle assy and engine broken during work, dealer and manufacture not ready to repair my vehicle as waranty expired in 6months or 1000 hours whichever is earlier. My vehicle was most of the time kept aside due to repair it runs only 370hours. Please suggest where should I complain , is there any chance of winning ???

hi if there is any manufacturing defect in the vehicle you could ask the company to
replace the part or provide new one and then you could send legal notice on this aspect and if they are not doing it then you could file consumer complaint in forum
