Lenovo laptop damaged after service by onsite engineer

I had requested Lenovo to service my LCD screen. The engineer damaged the bezel surrounding the screen. He acknowledged the error and the original issue of the screen was not resolved either. The Lenovo service centre mentioned they will replace the screen and the bezel and the screen in a week. But its been a week nothing has happened so far. Am I eligible to get compensation for the damage caused?
