Legal Notice Regarding Damaged Oven and Claim for Refund and Compensat

05-May-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
I ordered an oven worth 1650 Since I live in Ladakh, I couldn’t go to Delhi to buy it myself. So, I purchased the oven from Chroma and sent it through Kiran Cargo. The Chroma store packed it with few layers of bubble wrap. There was no carton or outer box over the bubble wrap. When I received the oven, the glass was broken. I have a video showing the condition of the oven when it arrived. I contacted both Chroma and Kiran Cargo. Chroma said they can only repair the glass. Kiran Cargo

Who will bear the expenses of the courier for fixing the glass , they should hve taken full precautions while sending the same , there falls under consumer act and u can file consumer complaint , let them either refund the same
