Q: Unable to pay interest and loan amount , need time

I have taken amount of 11 lakhs and 17 lakhs from two individuals at 10% and 6% per month. Now I have paid interest for more than 2 years. Now I am unable to pay either interest or principal amount. And they are harrassing me by they will occupy my house and take me out of my house. I don't have given any document of house to them. Kindly let me know what to do now because pressure is very high now from them

You can go into pre litigation negotiation through District legal Authority and can send them notice for final disbursement. Reach you nearest lawyer and tell them you can pay interest and he will file pre-litigation application for you .

Q: For ,Bail After Arrest In Drug Case Which Is Totally Fake

My brother is currently in jail in jammu in false drug case created by ANTF jammu..he is not getting bail from 1 month .we are trying hard for bail ..but ther is not any ray of hope for us...if u can help or u can tell us the exact time...that his much time it will take for bail ..it will be ur kindness..

If you have proof that he is falsely implicated in drug or another case then why r wasting your time in Lower court and get it quashed in the high court with the proof u hve and if u don’t have any concrete proof then wait for the prosecution to prove the case and press them for evidence , the more the evidence the more case would be in your brother favour and soon after the evidence he will be released .

Q: Child custody case filed by wife of 2 year 4 month old son

Wife left home saying will return in 2 hrs on bday of our son nd then denied to come since 4 months now. I filed sec 9 but now she filed sec9 sec125 and section 25 for child custody. I also filed for divorce now. My wife is behaving weird since marriage and I have 3 prescriptions of different psychiatrist in which she z given medicene and Cluster A disorder diagnosis . Dr. asked for her parents to which dey refused. I want to kno hw can I prepare rebuttal to get custody of my son?

You simply need to first take visitation and fight for custody and need to prove to the court that she is not mentally fit and harmful for the society as well. And above all she and her parents are not cooperating you for treatment and this way child would be treated badly under her custody.

Was your notary marriage a marriage need to see this first was it followed by any rituals and rites saptapadi or it was just an agreement and if u hav any litigation with the first boy who u contracted. Agreement of marriage seems very doubtful and then your second marriage and your husband second marriage firstly needs to see the status of first marriage of yours and second marriage of your husband then we are able to guide you

We are in a marriage from past 15yrs, have 2 children 7 and 11yrs. My wife and I had several major arguments consistently, since I returned from Delhi post covid.She has locked her social media, sms etc with different passwords, sometime taking to someone privately,seems like no more liking me, picks up fights every now and says bad about my sister(legally seperated) stays with us, defame her. Better to take her to counsellor and seek help fromThem , if she is still not recovering then file divorce case against her taking all the grounds of cruelty against you and if u want to continue the marriage then file restitution of conjugal rights
