yes he can have visitation rights but you can object to the same if you hve sufficient proof to show before the court that his conduct is such which is harmful for the child and therefore visitation should be denied.

Q: crime branch lodged fir on complaint of one lady who sought my help

booked property in one co at NCR Delhi and one lady sought my openion on the request of my relation and also booked property in same co and deposited some amount in our account which we duly deposited in the co but co imade default got under NCLT but i have all proofs in my favour but lady has some body in crime branch who lodged fir having no base are supporting lady out of way and i filed case in high court for qureshing fir . crime branch in order to justify fir are taking time for making false stories. i seek advise for immediate redressal

Recently, one of my friends passed away, leaving behind two children, one aged 5 and the other just 6 months old. His wife received approximately one crore from the insurance company and his workplace. However, there is now a dispute as the deceased mother-in-law is trying to gain control of the funds. She convinced her daughter to marry someone else and take custody of the children, but in reality, she wants to control the funds for her own benefit. The grandparents want the money to be deposited into the children's accounts and notified if any withdrawals are made. They do not want anyone to be able to withdraw the funds without their knowledge. They also wish to obtain custody of the children due to concerns about their education and quality of life. Is it possible for the grandparents to gain custody of the children and hold the funds in a bank account until the children are of legal age to access them.

since mother is the natural guardian , if the grand parents apprehend that money would be wasted by the mother ; they can file civil suit restraining them from using those funds and shud be exclusively used for the welfare of the grand children. however they can seek custody but again they need to prove that their mother can't take gud care of the same
