Q: FIR case new and old and revision file kar sakte hai ya nahi.
Agar FIR application 156(3) second time file k hou, but woh dismiss hou jaye, becoz of reason phele FIR application 156(3) woh withdraw k thi, but this fact is not mentioned in second FIR application , toh kya revision file kar sakte hai koi benefit hoga ya nahi.Aur revision file karne ka koi time period hai ya nahi

You can’t get your father self squired property during his life time , he can only transfer you by way of will or by way of gift or by way of selling , no other option , so the condition of getting married to his choice can be a trap , even if you marry his choice , they can disinherit you at any point of time
