I am a dealer of HPCL and running a petrol pumpWef feb 1996 and entered into partnership with in my fanily by way of partnership AT WILL due some disturbance of one of the partner I want to dissolve the partnership kindly advise in what way i can dissolve the firm

You can move to court for the same , if any of the partner is not following the terms and conditions or going against the rules of the firm , you can go for declaration for declaring the partnership as null and void

Is there any law by which a son can be denied his share in family or parental property solely for not getting married? Is marriage the only legally recognized way to serve or contribute to parents, or are other forms of contribution also legally recognized?

Q: Quashing of FIR and Section 175 Application before Magistrate

Good Morning I am a landlord and have dispute with tenant who is not vacating the shop despite agreement ending . He filed an FIR but initially police refused. Then he went to Magistrate and filed application under Section 175 (3) Bnss who directed Police to do investigation. Police registered the FIR and presented the chargesheet . What are my remedies now ? Can I get the FIR quashed under Section 482 crpc or should I file revision against Magistrate order directing registration of FIR?

Yes you can it quashed since the tenant has tried to give the civil matter a criminal colour and revision against the magistrate order is not possible before session court since it’s an interlocutory order , you can either go for quash ment on ground that civil dispute giving criminal nature and revision in high court ..

My wife has make my life hell by abusing me and my daughter my parents .but after talking with her parents like brother, sister,and mom they never understood my concern she is getting dangerous for my and my parents and 12 year daughter her parents now withdraw their hand from this issue and telling me we have no responsibility now handle by your own.But seeing her behaviour I am very worried if something mistrod happen can you please suggest me what to do

Firstly record each and every proof by recording or any other means Take her for counselling session to some doctor and get her throughly checked , since the facts which u have stated clearly shows she has some medical anger issues and later u can file for divorce
