Legal Advice on Placewit’s Unfair Contract, Poor Training & Mental Har

I joined Placewit's Pay After Placement program, but the training was poor, conducted by college students. They pressured us into signing a contract and are now demanding over ₹1 lakh + GST. The course did not deliver promised value, and they are mentally harassing me with constant payment demands. Can I take legal action for misrepresentation, unfair trade practices, and harassment?
if the course is harassing you can file a suit in the civil court if they are mentally harassing you you can send a notice to answer within 15 days yes you can take action for all four against placewit if they are demanding 1 lakh for the course you have to see the placement you have got
