Item price reduced due to glitch.

I purchased an item from an app where the price was listed at 41 rs. After purchasing i got a call from their executive that due to some glitches the price of that item got changed. the actual price is around 20k, now they are telling me to cancel it. Is there any rules that I have to cancel it, cause I have done the payment also

if you have purchased it on price as fixed then you are doing right n no need to cancel. though you have not mentioned what is the item which u purchased. if it is smthing which is variable then solution will be different. otherwise company cannot force you to cancel rather bound to send u the item
