In jio platform they have mentioned free device for air fiber plan that false advertising
If you have suffered as a consumer by paying the amount then file a case in the District Consumer Court by filing a complaint under section 35 Of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and if you feel that it is affecting to consumers as a class then file a complaint with the District Collector or the Central Authority/CCPA under section 17 of consumer protection Act 2019.
