ISP asking for bill payment even though it was a prepaid plan.

My internet service provider is asking for the bill payment of Rs.1855 and as it was a prepaid plan I had already paid for the services in advance, I do not intend to keep the services going still they are calling me to pay the dues(which there are non because it was a prepaid plan) .
Can I take a legal action against them for forcing me to pay for the services that I haven't acquired yet?
