I am an agent for Akbar Travels. I have applied for a UAE VISA to the customer for ₹12200, and I charged the client ₹13000 (profit of just ₹800). The customer wanted to exit India in the month of November, which was communicated to the vendor at the time of booking the visa (I have the call recording of the communication in which it is clearly told to the vendor the client wants to exit India in the month of November). However, the VISA validity is expiring on 15th October 2024. Because of this,

yes, you can file a consumer suit, But you and your customer both were file a suit, for that need transaction details of it, If more than 500 we can file a suit as under consumer. for more details contact me.
