Hi, my house interior vendor has taken about 85% of the payment but has not completed work. missed multiple deadlines. now he is refusing to complete the work. also not willing to refund the money. need assistance.
Yes sir, you have option to approach consumer court. If the service is defected then you can approach with assistance of legal expert. first send a lethal notice, if he is not come forward then file a complaint before the consumer court. KINDLY approach me for legal assistance.
