Insurance company not paying money back after maturity date

Respected sir, after completion of maturity date the company not return investors money so where should I complaint against him to get our money. Company name- Sai Prasad Group of companies
Status of companies you have not clarifed but ad per my knowledge this is a real estate company which is under the scan of CBI and Sebi and other enforcement agencies. So it is better to file a criminal complaint as well as consumer complaint against the directors of this company. We are doing these types of litigation
