In situations where a co-owner is manipulating or pressurizing you by leveraging their seniority or threatening false accusations, it is crucial to take immediate steps to protect your rights. Document any threats or undue pressure and maintain records of relevant communications. You can file a civil suit for an injunction to prevent further harassment and protect your property rights.

Well, the other owner need not come under the pressure tactics of his co owner due to her seniority and need to record whatever threats the other co owner is giving! In your case, Issues can be resolved via Mediation.
