ICICI BANK has created account by my name pancard and number for some other person. When i requested and gave them application to close the account they are shocked to see someone else photo sign in there database. Its been 1 year they haven't closed that account. What action can i take
You can file a Complaint to the Bank Manager first. If you have already done that, then file a Complaint before the Bank Ombudsman and RBI. If both of these institutions cannot resolve your Complaint, then, file a Writ in Court to seek orders for the Bank to close your account with KYC of someone else
