I want refund and compensation

I took admission in makeup course they commited 2 months course duration but they finished it on 4 months they using expired products and telling answers during class test not teaching theory part and harrassed me asking money claiming I wasted their products so I have to pay after that I stopped going there now I want my refund which they refused.
