I received bad quality of Campa Cola Bottle

I purchased a bottle of Campa Cola and it had a very taste and got swelling on my tongue . i call the customer care. they told me to replace the bottle and take refund from that shop. I told them this is not possible.
you can approach the customer care with a notice or the consumer forum just see the pecuniary jurisdiction for a bottle you can write to the address for speedy resolution of the case it will be mumbai based

Do you have a medical report with you mentioning the problem. also, do you have the receipt of the shop from which you purchased specifically mentioning the product. If you have mailed the company regarding the product you can file a complaint in the consumer forum
