I have been cheated by 25 chutti membership

We were given false promises and sold vacation package for 10 years - 4N/5D each year by 25 chutti.The caluses which they told were not written in the agreement and hence within 10 days i asked for cancellation and refund. But they refused saying there is no cancellation policy, but before selling it they told we can cancel within 15 days.

You need for that your copy of agreement and payment receipt
Also any advertisements was there of that company then take that broucher or book let if any for filing complaint
