First, raise a complaint through the MobiKwik app’s Help & Support section by selecting the disputed transaction and requesting a refund. Preserve the transaction ID, payment receipt, bank statement, screenshots, and all communications related to the transaction. If the money was transferred to the wrong beneficiary, contact your bank and MobiKwik in writing, requesting the transaction to be traced and reversed, subject to the applicable payment system rules and the recipient’s cooperation where required. If the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, immediately inform your bank, block the affected payment instrument if necessary, and report the incident through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or helpline 1930. If MobiKwik fails to resolve your complaint satisfactorily, escalate it to the company’s Grievance Officer and, where applicable, its Nodal Officer. If the complaint remains unresolved for 30 days, or you receive an unsatisfactory response, you may approach the RBI Ombudsman under the applicable eligibility conditions.
