How to file an appeal against hospital for negligence in NCC

Sir,am a vitrilage victim as a appealant in state consumer for compensation against negligence of a private hospital and other insurance parties as I am also an employee of the above said hospital..now a part amount is granted from the insurance company as in judge order.now can I appeal against on op1 of the above said hospital to claim on negligence in national consumer court ? Please inform mean

First Appeal as provided under Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986-Any person aggrieved by an order made by the State Commission in exercise of its powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of section 17 may prefer an appeal against such order before this Commission within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order.
