i want to know how can i prove that student is a consumer and educational institution service provider. Whether student can take compensation from national consumer court
You can prove that you are a consumer by appointing a lawyer who can represent on your behalf. You can also directly fight your case. You will need to show service + consideration and approach appropriate cc for claim.
