Honda activa nosing issue between 50-55 speed. No one is able to solv

I purchased Activa in Nov 2023. After Feb 2024 I have noticed that there is noising issue in back side while speed between 50-60. I have visited 5-6 time to Yume Honda service center railway road gurgaon. They have done all service or formalities but the issue is still persist.
They are not able to solve the issue. It seems that they have sold me used Activa. Only 1 year is going to be completed in Nov.

Firstly you can send legal notice to opposite party , if still your issue is not resolved , Then you can file Consumer complaint under consumer protection act .
