Heading of product is different from product description.

19-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I ordered boxers from Myantra as it was showing a pack of three boxers as a heading, but in the description of the product, it was written as a pack of 2. As I did not see the description and ordered it by seeing only the heading, I got only 2 boxers. I had a chat with customer care, and he told me the return policy is not applicable for the product, so they cannot do anything unless the product is damaged or its wrong product. I ordered it, considering three boxers for 929 RS, What can be done?

Well, you can file a case before the District Consumer forum on the ground of Cheating via Misrepresentation of facts on the Products's Packaging where quantity of item doesn't match in heading and description of the item/product kept for sale
