Got late while travelling in train

While travelling from delhi to ranchi many phones got stolen due to no grp in sleeper boggie. After doing complain about the incident no one came there. And due to approx 15hr late of train ican't be appeared in my cgl exam..
So far loss of mobile is concern railway will pay compensation but to get compensation for non appearance in exam, will have to prove the negligence of railway, beyond un avoidable circumstances. If we able to prove that due to avoidable circumstances we lost exam, then Railway have to pay for the same
