Gave car for servicing created some problem with the tyres want refund

I serviced my car from a authorised service center but after 300 km run it has some problem with the wheel ,which part was serviced by them . I have some good luck that I survived from a major road accident. Then I serviced the car from near by serviced centers . 20000 they billed ,they told that it will be refund and your car will be fully serviced by them . But now the service center refusing to pay and give full service
Serve them a legal notice regarding the issue and asked for compensation sought with counsulting a legal person who draft a well smart notice with proper way if they didnot respond your legal notice then knock over consumer forum.
