Furniture shop Salesman not keeping his words since adv payment made

15-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
From the beginning, the furniture showroom salesman was not keeping his word, afraid that he would cheat us. Earlier, the salesman workshop told us the showroom is nearly 10 minutes away from their showroom, so we can personally inspect the finished list of furniture items and then only pay the balance amount, so upon that, they can deliver to my home. But now, during the delivery period, they are asking us to go to the worksite on the outskirts of the city (15 km) to inspect the furnitures.

Well, you can lodge a case of cheating and criminal breach of trust against that furniture guy who manipulated facts before you and if you have suffered economic losses because of such manipulated facts, you can prove the malafide intent of the Furniture Showroom Salesman to cheat you
