Hi ,
I am freelancer and Search for project on Freelancer.com platform. Recently I got to connect with one person . He post a project and i bid on that project. He shared his email to me in his freelancer chat. He email me his telegram id and later conversion happen in telegram. In telegram , he offers a deal to me that he will post the project in freelancer of amount 16000 with milestone 3000 and 13000. and in return i have to give him the 12000 amount through the QR . WORLD LIMIT EXPIRY
ok you should enter in to a written agreement or written work contract of 16000 for the task then you can secure the agreement as per the contract act all the rights and liability will be answered in the agreement yoy bid on that project via telegram
