wE ARE A CO OPERATIVE SOCEITY OF ONLY 44 FLAT OWNERS. WE HAD BEEN PROVIDED IN FRONT OF OUR BUILDING WITH BROAD CEMENT ROAD AND LANDSCAPE GARDEN 400 SQARE FEET . AFTER ADJUSTING WITH 50% OF THE CEMENT ROAD AND ALSO SOME FREE SPACE ON THE BASE MENT FOR PARKING SOME FLAT OWNERS COULD NOT GET ANY PLACE . NOW THE CHAIRMAM IS ERASINFG 50% OF THIS BEUTIFUL GARDEN MEANT FOR FLAT OWNERS . IS IR LEGAL ?? WHAT IS THE LAW. ? AROUND 20 TO 30 SOCIETIES ATTACHED TO US HAS NOT DONE THIS TYPE OF ACT.
Well, those against the decision of the Chairman, that, he cannot erase the Garden to provide Parking facility, send a Legal Notice to him, warning him first to not mess with the Garden, however, if he doesn't listen, then, you guys form a Union of Flat Members and file a case against that Chairman to erase Garden
