Fraud Cheating of Tata Treo (Tata Motors)

I booked a Tata Nexon XM (P) from Treo Tata, Okhla on 17/07/2019 at a Deal price of Rs 7.09L ( i dont know why he offered me this price) I have full voice recording and other all documents to confirm this deal. BUt now they denied the delivery at this price, Now My Question is
1. Is there any law? So that I can get Justice?
2. What type of case is file in this situation?
3. What should i do in this case

I would advise you to kindly get a strongly worded legal notice issued to the dealer and directors of tata motors for specific performance of the contract or in the alternative seeking refund of the booking amount, compensation for mental agony and harrassment, litigation charges and for unfair trade practice.

Yours seems to be a good case for deficiency in service and dishonest misrepresentation on part of the dealer. A consumer complaint may be filed in the appropriate forum. We must begin by shooting a strongly worded Legal Notice to the dealer giving them 15 days time to remedy this situation failing which Legal action in appropriate forum will be taken.
