Food ordered at maison pvr jio world drive bkc mumbai

16-Feb-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
On 17th Jan 2025, Yash and Sailee visited Maison PVR, Bkc, Mumbai, where they ordered vegetarian dum biryani but was served chicken dum biryani. As strict Jains, they are deeply upset after consuming the dish, which conflicted with their religious beliefs. After reaching out to the FSSAI helpline and filing a complaint, they found no satisfactory resolution. The incident resulted in both physical and emotional distress.

Dear client based on your query, the restaurant will be liable for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices as well under the Consumer Protection Act . Given that this caused emotional and religious distress you can file a civil suit for damages. For legal help contact us as soon as possible.
