Faulty service related to Training Programme

Have enrolled for one of the Mentoring programme but below servises not delivered
1. Mentor who is suppose to guide us, mentor us and groomed us is totally missing .
2. Even after paying hefty fees , mentor is not resolving any queries .
3. Instead of giving solutions, mentor is questioning us
4. Along with main course , one complimentary course called DS University was promised but even after 18 months this course has not started
Well, you can apply to seek refund if your Course has not been started yet from the concerned Institution. If they won't refund you your fees, then, you can file Civil and Criminal Cases against such Institution.
