Faulty Product and No Customer Service

26-Jan-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hi, I have a small store in US to promote Indian Handicrafts. As a part of that, I tried to buy some return gifts from Hyderabad with a retailer called Ashtok. What they sent me are 75-80% damaged products which I couldn't sell. I have been talking to them for last 4 months, where I have messages of their acknowledging the mistake. Now when the time has come to replace, they are asking me to send the damaged products at my cost. I didn't claim the shipping I paid for this product (10k rupees).
