Faulty bike parts while purchasing the bike
21-Sep-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
I purchased a motorcycle cycle 2 months back many parts of that turned out to be faulty the bike is under warranty but the service centre is asking labour charges to change the parts, my question is if the part was faulty when I purchased it should I pay the charges and if not and they are still demanding the charges and saying they won't work till I pay can I file a complaint against them?
Yes definitely, you can file a Complaint against them, considering, when you purchased a new motorcycle, you found it to be faulty. So, considering that, as the Motorcycle was under Warranty, they would have repaired it for free without charging you or demanding charges to do the Repairs from you.
