Bank offer me a lifetime free credit card & after I have taken they says 1st year is 2nd year is chargeable. How can I solve this problem?
you can approach the consumer court and keep ur grievances before them. generally these type of cases they are very liberal and do accept what the consumers say. which bank is this? and what kind of credit card ?
