Employee medical issue onsite job for long term

Hi,
My wife is not staying with me , her company sent her to abroad for work assignment. She took my son with her . I am worried about my son's emotional , psychological ,educational development .
Main problem is my wife is having medical issue called cavernoma . It may possible that she may get fits . She is taking some medicine but its issue.
Can I legal complaint against her company & ask them to send her back to India. So that my son along with her will be more safe here ? If i file compl
Well, if you file a Complaint against your Wife's Company, then, there are higher chances, that, she will lose her job. Even, Court won't held the Company liable for sending her abroad with child, as Company would have taken her consent to send her abroad in advance from her and after doing requisite medical checkup of her and her child, Company would have sent them abroad for Medical purpose.
