Driver using my taxi for OLA without my consent

I have a commercial Car. My driver attached my car with OLA cab without my consent. When i visited Ola office in Gurgaon, they failed to produce any document of mine or NOC signed by me. They only have Car's paper (Temporary RC, Permit) and Driver document. Generally Cab company ask for Owner documents for attaching any Car with them. Can i take any legal action against OLA ?
Yes, you can definitely take legal action against OLA for dishonest misappropriation of property. You may also file a suit for damages for risking your property without your consent for monetary gains. In addition to taking action against Ola you ought to take action against your driver as well as he is equally complicit
