Doctor used phone light on my kids eye

When we visited dentist it was sudden power cut but doctor proceeded with consultation and checkups using his phone. This terrified my kid and he used his phone very close to my kids eyes. I m very much worried about this incident. Can I file case against him.

if any medical negligence happened to your kind then you can very well file a case against the dentist before the medical board or before the consumer forum. you can also claim compensation from the dentist for medical negligence.
