Deficiency of Service by Builder and we are staying in society .
24-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
We are staying in Society which is registered in 2015. Our builder is still working on premises for other building near ours. We are having leakage and seepage issue after 7 years from possession and required to spend amount to restore in good condition.
Need your guidance on what should we do to get us the correct action against builder since he has not done plastering of the internal walls in our flats and only added POP to it.
This was identified since we had appointed consultant to review our structure.

if builder create any deficiency in service , you have right to file consumer case against the builder within local jurisdiction
consumer court take action against the builder and you would also get compensation for the same for any more query kindly contact us
