Defective laptop can I claim refund

22-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Sir, I have an Hp laptop bought 8 months back. Coverd under warrenty. First i had battery backup issue, hp replaced my battery but still issue not fixed. And then the motherboard was replaced and it is fixed. After replacing motherboard one inbuild speaker is not working. Hp replaced the speaker and issue not fixed. Now they say its issue with motherboard again and it needs to get replaced again. Sir, is my relevent enought to file case in consumer court, asking for refund of my laptop price as i lost trust with the brand and stating its a defective product with never ending issues?

Yes you can file a consumer case. It is manufacturing defect. You issue legal notice first to replace the laptop or refund the amount. If it is replaced or refund the amount it is well and good, other wise you file a consumer case for not rendering the better service.

Yes you can file consumer compliant. You can either file the compliant yourself or seek assistance of any lawyer.

You also also claim compensation for harassment and mental agony.

It is always better to seek specific legal assistance.
