It is important to know about the medium of your review i.e. whether it is in writing or in the form of an audio visual means. Also to what extent can something be said a review is also important. For providing you with any kind of legal advice it is imperative to know some more details from your end. Feel free to contact me for seeking any kind of legal assistance as regards the same.

Posting a review pertaining to a service does not amount to defamation. You need not worry about the legal notice issued to you. However, I advise you to reply to the legal notice through an advocate addressing your true intentions behind the honest review made by you.

Well, if you have made a truthful and genuine Review, you would not have deleted that Review despite the concerned Company against which you have posted the Review has threatened you with filing of Defamation Suit against you to delete it, considering for telling the truth, no one can be charged and held guilty under the Civil and Defamation Cases by Courts.
