I ordered a product on 10 Aug 2024 and received it damaged on 22 Aug. I informed the company the same day and asked for a return, but they didn’t respond before the 25 Aug return deadline. They asked me to repair it myself. Even after a dealer concall, it didn’t work. No support despite warranty. I posted my experience, and now they claim a defamation case. I paid ₹69,000 and still have no refund, replacement, or repair. What should I do now.
If they filed a defamation case you can defend your case easily if you have a genuine case of receiving a damaged product, the defamation section won't attract for the true statements and reviews. you can also file a consumer case against them for refund and compensation.
