Q: Defective TV Unresolved Under Warranty
"My Acer TV stopped functioning within the warranty period. I raised a complaint with the brand (Indkal Technologies, the Acer TV licensee in India) on 27th December 2025 Despite multiple follow-ups over 2 months, the TV has neither been repaired nor replaced. The brand made several written commitments which they failed to honor, and also attempted to offer an inferior replacement model. Can I issue a legal notice.
