Damaged product received under warranty

I msged u to just ask a ques. If a product has been sent to repair under warranty but when I've received the product it's damaged to be very specific it has a big dent over it.. Who will be responsible for this the courier company or the seller who shipped the order
send a legal notice through an advocate to both companies for a refund or product, whatever you want. If no redressal is made, then you can move the consumer forum for further proceedings. For further inquiry contact, which is chargeable ( consultation charges)
