Customer used a product for 11 month asking for warranty replacement

we have battery business , we sold battery to a customer before 11month ,he used it for 11 month and now he is asking for battery replacement after 11 month , we checked in not technical device and it seems ok there is not any issue only small degradation and that is due to 11 month usage . now they asking to file legal case or consumer case if we don't provide replacement, it looks like because they have used product for 11month so he want to get replacement before warranty ends in 12 month

from your side you can give the technical report stating the reason for its degradation and also that it doesn't comes under warranty period otherwise chances are there that he may file a case in consumer court for unfair trade and practice
