College not giving certificates back to student & demanding money

Sir I have joined in saveetha school of engineering college in 2017 and now I am not interesting in doing engineering I asked my original certificates they not giving to give back my certificates they are asking 4 years fee because I written a bond which is illegal
Gone thru your query. Need to peruse the bond executed by you in favor of college. Then only I can give you exact reply. In normal case, college may insist to pay the entire course fee to return the certificate as they have caused a monetary loss due to your discontinuing the course. Hence there is a remote chance to get back the certificate if there is any such clauses containing in the bond. Otherwise you have to wait till the completion of the course.

Any educational institution can't withhold the educational certificate of any student no matter what. There are lot of Supreme Court Judgements regarding the same. Initially we can send a legal notice so that there's possibility that the institution might return the certificates fearing legal proceedings. If not you should pursue legal proceedings through court.

A notice shall be sent to the college to refund the fee. But we have to wait until the end of replies. There is no deficiency of service if you have signed up the agreement. The information from the beginning is not knowing.
