Sir my FD is completed in Annapurneshwari co-operative society yemekanmardi. His not given the amount.what can I do ?

You have t file a case in the court of jurisdictional Assistant registrar of Co-operative Societies. check under which A R the Society comes and you can engage an advocate for teh sake of knowing all formalities.

Write a complaint letter to the bank's higher authority by complaining about the concerned bank branch's employees misconduct or file a complaint against him at consumer forum. Consult any advocate to do the needful.

Since you have taken services b y the co-operative society you will come under the ambit of consumer under consumer protection act. Therefore you can file a consumer complaint against your grievance. The jurisdiction of the consumer court will depend upon how much claim you will made against the Respondent.

Sir my FD is completed in Annapurneshwari co-operative society yemekanmardi. His not given the amount.what can I do ? Please issue a legal notice and direct him to release the amount. If he failed to do so file the consumer case against him .
