Clearing of parking on ramps and podium ramps by managing committe

In our society some members are having 4 to 5 parking slots after arguments now they alloted the parking slots to few members on the access road and podium ramps and they have violated the Fire Safety Norms, Byelaws, Approved Development plans. Total parking slots available are 198 occupied by 130 members. Total Members in our society 163 then also they are claiming shartage of parking space and they have sold the space on access road and podium ramps. As per the Verdict selling the parking space by builder is illegal and as per rule Society has to confiscate all the parking and allot single parking to each member and rotate the balance left on yearly basis. Please give me the best opinions can we clear the parking sold on ramps and podium ramps by the managing committee. Regards
