Claim for injury(broken hand) in sports academy. Claim of compensation

We run a football academy(under a partnership). One of our trainees(age 12) got hit by a ball struck by our coach and he had fracture that needed surgery . The parents say it was negligent behaviour on our part and are threatening to claim compensation.
In case they do, what happens if the claim is accepted by the court and company cannot pay the money.
they will execute the order of court. there is compensation, attachment of property, conviction and many more ways to execute the order. have to go through case details after filing of any case. your company shall face the legal consequence thereof
